Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

 

     • Orders within the continental United States will be        shipped via UPS Ground.

     • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via        USPS Parcel Post.

     • Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

     • International orders will ship via USPS International        Parcel Post.
Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via e-mail for more information regarding replacement or refunding options. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of our error.
Imprinted folders are non returnable unless the folders themselves are defective.
Only Music Folders must be contacted within 30 days of delivery for refunds.
